Game shuts off when playing and empty bubbles pop up. Could be a fun game but it needs an update!!!! PLEASE FIX!

Its a fun game but it has some problems.... Like everyone else said, there are empty bubbles in some levels so I have no idea what the customer wants, which causes me to lose. Also, pause button doesnt work, and game shuts off after certain level Please fix! Great game if its updated!

This game would be fun if it doesnt crash everytime i try to play it pause does not work either!!!!! Fix this

This game has decent potential but I cant even pass level 6 because it crashes every time. I have an iPad so I dont know if this is an issue specific to the iPad. Please provide an update ASAP. I feel as though I just threw my money away! I would certainly not purchase another game by this company unless they proved they had some integrity and fixed the game immediately.

I wrote to the company with no response as of yet, the game is fun but you cant finish it because when you get to the last level, all the bubbles are empty. I really WISH THEY WOULD FIX THIS GAME!

I love the game, but it keeps crashing.. Just started level 4 and it opens .. Then crashes :-(. Please fix it & Ill give higher rating.

Tab 4 level 3 bubbles are blank. Cant pass level and finish the game. Spelling is horrible!!! Dont pay $1.99 more for it. Was able to go through most of game without much issues. Bubbles are blank so you dont know what they want so cant pass level and finish game This was just thrown together. Dont they test this out before releasing it!??

I love the game but not when the passenger bubbles come up blank 

I LOVE this game but am also having trouble with blank bubbles it makes me sad awesome game than blam dont work I reported the problem to the company no response I tried to visit there sight didnt work I hope they can fix this soon defiantly a potential 5 star game.

Im not sure why theres so many negative reviews. Most people are complaining of "empty bubbles." Most of you must not realize that you have to click on the empty bubble to view what the passenger is wanting. After you click the bubble, it will display what the passenger is requesting. I havent experienced any bugs. Im having fun playing this game!

Please fix the bug at level 4-3 as many have stated before!!! Cool game until you get to this level. Too many blank bubbles even after you click to see what the passenger wants. Please fix!!!!!

Liked it until it stopped working, has empty bubbles and crashes.

Updated review-lowered to 1 star as the blank bubble issue in level 4 still hasnt been fixed after several months. I couldnt remember why I quit playing it (since its been so long) and just tried it again. Was playing ok until about the 5th passenger request was blank. The next few bubbles worked, then all were blank. They got mad and I did, too. Now am deleting this game since it seems it wont be fixed. ------ While its a cheap game, I would think we should be able to finish it. Im on the last flight and keep getting a plane full of empty bubbles. I dealt with the crashing during play if the other levels, looked the other way in regards to the spelling and grammar errors, but when combined with this latest problem, I can only give 2 stars.

Just when you get to a challenging level and want to play more - CRASH ! Waiting for an update that will make it actually work !!!!

I too have been having empty bubbles. Also I am unable to load game at this time its frustrating especially after paying to upgrade.

Empty bubbles on one or two scenes. And last level crashes everytime I try to open it. Going to delete the game to try again. A lot of work to get all the way back there to hopefully work this time! Oh well, its fun getting there. Please fix though!

DO NOT GET THIS GAME! This game is so horrible the graphics arent very detailed and it has alot of bugs to fix. It would glitch and crash one time and then empty bubbles would come up.

Stick with the lite version. If you decide to buy the full version, just know that youll get about 30 minutes of error free gameplay before the errors make it impossible to enjoy it. As everyone else has stated, the customer bubbles become empty and the game constantly crashes. Given that its mid-2011, I doubt a fix is forthcoming. I deleted this game 2 hours after buying it. Sushi-go-around is way more fun and doesnt crash.
